Smart Trades is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist II in Ogden, UT! If you're skilled in machine setups, precision machining, and troubleshooting, we have a great opportunity to put your experience to work with a well-established manufacturing company. Give us a call at for more information.
Location:
Ogden, UT Pay: $28.00–$33.00/hr DOE + 10% shift differential
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Position:
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Overtime:
Available.
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
- Work with Haas, Okuma, and Cincinnati machines
- Read blueprints and produce precision parts to specifications
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- 3+ years of machining experience
- Experience with CNC machine setups and operations
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Knowledge of machining tolerances, tooling, and shop math
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- High school diploma or GED
