SCOTT USA is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual for the full-time position of Junior Marketing Assistant
. As part of SCOTT Sports, a global leader in action sports with core divisions in Bike, Wintersport, Motosport, and Running
, you’ll support a passionate US marketing team that thrives on performance, creativity, and collaboration.

This hybrid role at our North American headquarters in Ogden, UT
, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days are the same. This individual will work across all divisions and ensure efficiency in the department.

The successful applicant will act as a marketing air traffic controller, helping to coordinate campaigns, agency deliverables, data management and more; this will be a role where the daily tasks and responsibilities will be fluid. This is a position that offers the possibility to grow and reports to the Marketing Director.

• Support the daily operations of the marketing department, driving efficiency and communication across teams
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting in partnership with sales, brand, and creative teams
• Track marketing KPIs, compile data, and support performance reporting
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
• Serve as a key point of contact for agency partners and internal stakeholders
• Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, calendars, and project documentation
• Help ensure seasonal campaigns are executed on time and on brand

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, project coordination, or administration (action sports or outdoor industry a plus)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or project management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical curiosity and a desire to understand marketing metrics and results
• A team-first mindset, flexibility in fast-changing environments, and a natural sense of initiative
• Passion for sports, outdoor adventure, and active lifestyles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
