Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members, primarily on weekends and occasionally weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Utah.

Our services support maintaining a deployable military force for:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to assess medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state;
  Supervising Physician may be required depending on state.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, mobile medical services, military systems, protocols, and terminology.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, extended hours, various locations, including remote military sites.
• Weekend availability and ability to travel preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills.

  Diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing medications not required.
