Acute Rehab LPN

Ogden Regional Medical Center (a HCA Healthcare hospital) is seeking an Acute Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality care in our inpatient rehab unit.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As an inpatient rehab LPN/LVN you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. You will work closely with a dynamic rehabilitation team and provide high‑quality, personalized care.

Your Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes promptly.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals.
  • Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly.
  • Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination.
  • Educate and support patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self‑care techniques.
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high‑quality care.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing or clinical role.

No Travel Required.
