Job Summary and QualificationsAs an inpatient rehab LPN/LVN you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or extended hospital stays. You will work closely with a dynamic rehabilitation team and provide high‑quality, personalized care.
Your Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes promptly.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals.
- Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly.
- Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination.
- Educate and support patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self‑care techniques.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high‑quality care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing or clinical role.
No Travel Required.
