OverviewSeeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Project Management Specialist to support the ICBM Program at Hill Air Force Base's Little Mountain Test Facility
. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing workplace risks, and supporting site operations.
- Manage and support site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Air Force, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action development.
- Conduct EHS audits, program reviews, and risk assessments.
- Support contractor, vendor, and supplier EHS compliance activities.
- Develop EHS procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
- Advise leadership on EHS regulations, emerging issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate EHS training and promote a strong safety culture.
- 5+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with EHS compliance, audits, risk management, and incident investigations.
- Experience supporting site EHS processes and SOPs.
