As a newly appointed Dinner Cook, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as prepping ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals who are passionate about food. You will be working the evening shift from 4 pm to 11 pm, and availability on weekends and holidays is required.

• Must have previous elevated dining experience
• Must know how to grill, saute, braise, and fry
• Must have excellent knife skills and know how to perform different types of cuts
