Barback, Restaurant​/Food Service

At Weller's Bistro, we're more than just a restaurant—we're a slice of Germany in the heart of Ogden, UT. Known for our authentic German cuisine and welcoming atmosphere, we create memorable dining experiences for our guests. From our tender goulash to our unique mushroom dishes, every plate is crafted with love and tradition. Now, we're looking for a dedicated Barback to help keep the magic flowing behind the scenes.

As a Barback at Weller's Bistro, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include restocking supplies, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and assisting bartenders with prep work. You'll also help with glassware, keeping the workspace tidy, and ensuring everything is ready for our bartenders to serve up drinks with precision.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys staying busy.

We're not asking for years of experience—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! Here's what we're looking for:

• Must be at least 21 years old (if handling alcohol).
