We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to support and strengthen our relationships with retail partners. This mid-level role is responsible for retailer communication, account coordination, marketing spend tracking, and supporting retail growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong account management experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable traveling to expos and retail visits when needed.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer communications, managing daily email correspondence and ensuring timely, professional responses.
- Support and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, ensuring accurate information flow and consistent follow-through.
- Track and manage marketing spend budgets for retail partners, ensuring alignment with promotions, campaigns, and sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to support account needs and product launches.
- Provide mid-level account management support, including updates, follow-up, reporting, and troubleshooting retailer inquiries.
- Assist with planning and attending expos, trade shows, and retail visits as needed, representing the brand professionally.
- Monitor retailer performance trends and provide insights to the team.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, and communication logs for retail partnerships.
- Support onboarding of new retail accounts and ensure flawless execution of retailer requirements.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence.
- Experience managing or tracking budgets (marketing spend experience preferred).
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and follow-through.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to travel for expos, trade shows, and retail visits.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
