We are seeking aSales Agent to join our team in our Greater Salt Lake offices. This is a Hybrid Flexible role requiring an in-office presence and a strong local network with in-person relationship building in the community.
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Typical total first year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k, with potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities- Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
- Engage with prospects and customers to identify insurance needs and present suitable solutions.
- Dial into in-office training and licensing as part of the onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to achieve targets.
- Preferred Experience:
previous employment in a sales role converting prospects into customers. - Required Skills:
effective written and oral communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, time management and organizational skills, ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines, and lead-building capabilities. - Licenses: a state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life.
- Uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions; potential to increase earnings each year.
