Equipment Sales Representative

As an Equipment Sales Representative you will manage defined geographic territories, develop customer relationships, generate leads, and conduct successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate. With comprehensive training, advanced technology, and an experienced management team, you will have the autonomy to grow your territory while receiving full support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage defined geographic territories and build customer relationships.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct and promote successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate.
  • Utilize the advanced auction platform and technology tools.
  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services).
  • Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship‑based industries valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the agricultural community.
  • Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
  • Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development.
