As an Equipment Sales Representative you will manage defined geographic territories, develop customer relationships, generate leads, and conduct successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate. Responsibilities- Manage defined geographic territories and build customer relationships.
- Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Conduct and promote successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate.
- Utilize the advanced auction platform and technology tools.
- Collaborate with management and the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services).
- Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship‑based industries valued.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the agricultural community.
- Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred.
- Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
