Outside Sales Representative - School Cheer at Rebel Athletic
Become a key part of Rebel Athletic's growth in the School Cheer market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the primary connection between Rebel and the programs in your territory, meeting customers in person, guiding them through the process, and helping them create something they’re excited to wear.
What You’ll Do- Build and grow a sales territory through consistent outreach, calls, visits, and relationship development.
- Meet with schools, gyms, studios, leagues, and other organizations in person to understand needs and present solutions.
- Conduct fittings, product demonstrations, and on-site meetings with decision makers.
- Represent Rebel Athletic at events, conferences, competitions, and industry functions.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle from introduction to final delivery.
- Maintain professional communication regarding timelines, updates, and expectations.
- Keep accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and planning details.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the customer experience from start to finish.
- At least 2 years of B2B or territory-based sales experience.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your own schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or related industries.
- Existing relationships within schools, gyms, studios, or performance programs.
- Experience working in field-based or relationship-heavy sales environments.
- Salesforce familiarity or comparable CRM skills.
This position follows a draw against commission model. You will receive bimonthly draw payments that are recouped against future commissions. Once earned commissions exceed the annual draw amount, additional commissions are paid according to the Rebel Athletic Sales Compensation Plan.
