Field Sales Representative ’ll be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to Tru Green’s personalized lawn‑care solutions. With expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to Tru Green’s proven Sales Playbook, you’ll provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships.
What You’ll Do- Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs.
- Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes.
- Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to maintain activity records and measure results.
- Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills—both small talk and closing conversations are essential.
- Solid time‑management and self‑starter mindset; you’re proactive and organized.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; you can navigate apps and digital tools easily.
- Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- You must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

- Average income is $875 – $1,200 per week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions).
