Sales Team Leader

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring a Sales Team Lead to spearhead direct sales efforts in a designated territory. The role focuses on promoting supplemental insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses and their employees. Base pay: $88,000 – $108,000 per year.

• Lead direct sales efforts and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver presentations to groups of 50–100+ participants.
• Mentor and train new team members; provide coaching and guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience.
