You’ll be calling leads, following up, closing deals, and owning your numbers. We provide the tools — leads, scripts, and training — and give you the freedom to run your style. What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospects

Follow up with potential clients through phone, text, and email

Present and sell auto, home, and renters insurance

Manage a daily sales pipeline and track performance

Hit sales goals with consistency and energy

What We’re Looking For

Strong phone skills and confidence in sales conversations

Grit, discipline, and follow-through

Self-motivated and results-driven

Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance — or willing to get licensed fast

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
