• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
• Keep a clean, safe work area, and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Build great relationships with clients and respect their homes.
• Take pride in maintaining your company vehicle, inside and out!

• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• EPA or willingness to get your EPA within a few weeks.
• RMGA preferred or willingness to get it within a few weeks as well.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A clean driving record.
