• Install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects
• Prepare pull‑in tubes by inspecting D‑rings, chains, and attachments to pulling cables
• Install prepared tubes using winches, backhoes, cranes, or other appropriate equipment
• Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure equipment operates correctly
• Cure resin products using inflation tubes, banding boots, layflat, or boiler hoses
• Drive vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailers) to haul crews and equipment
• Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks at job sites and shop

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician (highly preferred)
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Class A or B CDL required;
  Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required
• Ability to wear respirator and body harness in confined spaces
• Capability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working outdoors, with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Willingness to travel weekly (potentially out of state)

• Starting pay: $21.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience
• Limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license (reduced bonus for those without a CDL)
