AboutThe Role
As a Welder/Pipe Fitter at Quantum Industrial Services, you will be responsible for welding and fitting piping systems with precision and quality workmanship. This role requires at least four years of welding experience and certifications in ASME Section IX for stainless and carbon steel unless hired for a specific project. You’ll work with construction documents, including plans and shop drawings, to complete installations on time and within budget.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring fire safety, attending weekly safety meetings, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping job sites organized. If you’re a skilled welder/pipe fitter looking for a dynamic and safety-focused work environment, we want to hear from you.
- Construct projects with VO quality workmanship.
- Complete projects to customer approval within budget and schedule.
- Arrive prepared, attend safety meetings, and work safely daily.
- Accurately complete daily timecards and submit for review.
- Maintain jobsite organization, tools, and equipment.
- Read and interpret construction documents.
- Follow fire safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
- Assist and train co-workers, promoting safety and teamwork.
- Keep welding certifications current.
- Minimum of 4 years welding experience.
- Certifications in ASME Section IX for stainless and carbon steel, unless for a specific project.
