This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Educate and Advise Customers
• Clearly explain repairs performed and help customers understand system needs and replacement options when applicable.
• Support Sales through System Assessments
• Participate in Training and Mentorship Attend company-sponsored training and help mentor maintenance technicians as needed.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Accurate Documentation:
  Complete all invoices and job documentation thoroughly, including system details, service performed, and customer conversations.
• Debrief and Submit Paperwork
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum number of years of verifiable experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation
• Knowledge of the fundamental of operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
• NATE certification preferred
• EPA and RMGA required
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Must have appropriate trade tools
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
