Heavy Equipment Operator, General Labor
B.H. Inc in Ogden, UT is seeking a highly responsible and safety-focused Hydro Excavation Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. This role involves the safe and precise operation of a hydro‑vac truck to perform non‑destructive excavation (NDE) around buried utilities and sensitive infrastructure.
Eligible applicants will earn $30 to $38 per hour (depending on experience) paid weekly, with a typical schedule of Monday‑Friday 40‑50 hours per week. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).
Qualifications- Proven experience safely operating heavy equipment, preferably hydro‑vac trucks (or similar vacuum/dump trucks).
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or extended shifts as required by project demands.
