We are looking for a proven, results‑driven HDD Foreman ready to lead high‑stakes utility projects across the nation. The position requires heavy extended travel to various project sites; candidates must be based out of the Wasatch Front.
BHI will not cover relocation costs for this position.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $41.00 - $60.00 per hour, earned and paid weekly
, commensurate with experience, plus project‑specific Per Diem for travel. You will work a standard Monday‑Friday schedule (averaging 50‑60 hours per week during peak operations).

Qualifications & Experience- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HDD Foreman.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prepared to travel extensively for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.
- Self‑driven, organized, safety‑conscious, thorough, with a strong work ethic.
