Shop Welder; Day Shift

BHI, a nationally recognized and respected leader in construction and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our local team in Ogden, Utah.

As a Welder at BHI, you will work in our local shop, contributing to a positive work environment where strong communication, efficiency, and safety are paramount. The schedule is M-F 6 am to 4:30 pm. You will receive a competitive hourly wage of $18‑$22 per hour, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO).

• Proficiency with MIG and stick welding.
• Performance plate test required at time of job interview.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools (grinders, plasma cutter, etc.).
• TIG welding experience is a plus.
