Supports all operating areas that use mobile equipment, by servicing and fueling the equipment. Operate Fuel/Lube truck, travel throughout ponds systems and around plant to fuel and lube equipment. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and able to make minor repairs to mobile equipment and fuel truck. Able to communicate with the operators and mechanics to repair mobile equipment. Responsible for all tasks related to fueling and lubing equipment.

• Operate fuel truck and other heavy mobile equipment, while following all safety and operating procedures.
• Fueler will make sure that equipment is checked over each shift to make sure it is operational.
• Must be able to climb up and down, move side to side, bend, squat, knee, sit, and lift, push and pull 50 lbs. without accommodations on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in elements for 12 hour rotating shifts
• Must possess required hand tools to perform all necessary maintenance and repairs of equipment
• If not, Fueler is to fix minor problems or get in contact with shop so machine can be checked out and repaired.
• Must be able to handle driving large commercial vehicles on rough and narrow roads.
• As Fueler is required to mount and dismount equipment to service it, Three Point Contact must be kept when climbing on and off.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, with an ability to motivate and work in a team environment
• Record keeping is a key function and must be kept neat and clean.
• Hour meters and locations of where the equipment was being used when it was serviced are recorded.
• Daily fuel reports listing all work done to the machine is needed.
• Tank sticking and readings are taken and properly reported to controller at the end of each day.
• If any work was unable to be done, it will be passed on to the next shift to assure that it gets done as soon as possible.
• Each shift is responsible for checking all equipment that has run since it was last serviced.
• The equipment will be fueled and serviced so it will be ready to be operated.
• All equipment has a set time it is to be greased.
• Performs other functions as directed by the supervisor
• Follows established safety and housekeeping rules and reports, and/or, corrects unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required tasks while on a rotating twelve hour shift from days to nights.
