• Serve as a Dispatch Coordinator directing day‑to‑day route operations and reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate daily with drivers and clients to ensure safe, cost‑effective, on‑time performance.
• Track and report sign‑in/sign‑out times, route status, and service issues.
• Promote and execute the company’s safety program under supervision of the Safety Manager.
• Welcome visitors, employees, and applicants while ensuring front‑office security.
• Handle client calls and communicate issues with drivers and Dispatch Supervisors or Managers.
• Monitor radio, telephone, and on‑road service quality.
• Maintain positive employee morale and quality customer service.
• Complete driver sign‑in and sign‑out daily.
• Monitor daily system performance and perform other essential duties.
• Participate in analysis and review of operating performance.
• Note closed or late routes and communicate to Dispatch Supervisors/Managers.
• Perform daily facility housekeeping: dusting, cleaning, mopping, sweeping floors, desks, bathrooms, and toilets.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and only disclose when approved by supervisors or managers.
• Complete required operational reports on time and report them to the Operations Manager and others as designated.
• Document all reports and forward to appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Schedule drivers for next business day routes according to contract requirements and system needs, solving problems efficiently.
• Generate daily report summarizing duties performed, including safety issues, operational misfortunes, and driver requests to improve the work environment.
• Ensure general security of the front desk lobby area and all access points during opening and closing procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• One year of dispatcher experience preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work all shifts on all operating days of the year.
• Flexible work hours to cover business needs due to call‑outs or vacations.
• Clear, effective communication with management, staff, clients, and the public.
• Extensive geographic knowledge of Brigham City, Weber & Davis Counties.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Trapeze software.
• Execute assignments from supervisors/Managers promptly.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining composure under stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Receptive to ongoing training and coaching to improve safety and operational performance.
• Strong moral character, people‑oriented, attentive, maintaining a positive demeanor under high pressure.
• Professional phone manner.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and State of Utah live‑scan background check.
