The Warehouse Lead coaches and leads warehouse associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities span shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, and material handling. The Lead provides backup to the supervisor as needed.

• Train new associates and forklift drivers; conduct Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and annual recertification training.
• Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Complete applicable paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in inventory cycle count activities and report variances.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Ensure facility inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report incidents>
• Follow product rotation procedures.
• Review and analyze daily production reports.
• Serve as backup to other warehouse roles as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; must pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months related leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

This position is not expected to travel.
