• Location: Ogdensburg, NY (Zip: 13669), with travel to Carthage Area Hospital
• Setting: Hospital (Inpatient and Outpatient)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2330-$2500
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 Hour Days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 22, 2025

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid New York SLP license
• Certifications in Fiber optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS)
• COVID vaccine is NOT required
• Former staff must be away from North Star Health Alliance for at least 6 months before being considered

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to hospital patients
• Perform FEES and MBS evaluations as part of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Float between Claxton Hepburn Medical Center and Carthage Area Hospital as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital standards
