Full-Time Hourly Compensation $52,000 - $72,800 annually (hourly equivalent based on experience) Performance-based bonus plan tied to sales and project execution (details finalized based on role alignment) Position Summary We are seeking a Landscaping Designer / Project Coordinator to join our growing landscape and outdoor living business. This role supports design, estimating, customer interaction, and coordination with installation teams. While not a lead sales role, this position plays a key part in advancing and closing sales opportunities.
