About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Indiana. If you re passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential, this is the place for you.

As a Clinical BCBA, you will lead and support a team of RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work directly with families to create meaningful progress. You’ll be supported in your role with ongoing training, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance.

What You ll Do:
  • Develop and implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing data analysis
  • Lead parent training and collaborate with families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, clinical reviews, and care planning
  • Help onboard and train new clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
What We re Looking For:
  • Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong skills in data collection, reporting, and team leadership
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to train parents and staff in ABA strategies
