The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse for an assignment located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing acute care to adult patients with various medical conditions, including post-cardiac procedures, ESRD, CHF, sepsis, and behavioral health cases. The position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to interpret telemetries and EKGs, with a focus on cardiac and renal patient populations.

• Schedule:
  
  12-hour Night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Must have current active compact license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS certification, and at least two years of strong cardiac/telemetry experience, including one travel assignment and trauma level II experience. Recent EPIC charting experience is required (a checkoff class will be provided).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with post cardiac procedures such as heart caths, ablations, pacemakers, A-fib RVR, ESRD, and sepsis. Comfort with CBI, detox/CIWA protocols, and central line care is desired.
• Additional Information:
  The position entails caring for a 34-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4-5 during days and 1:6-7 during nights. The unit emphasizes strong leadership, resilience, and ability to manage change. The RN may be required to precept students and new hires. The facility operates on a holiday rotation of every other holiday, with some cross-campus float responsibilities.
