We are a family-owned Allstate Insurance agency dedicated to serving and protecting our local community. Our agency thrives on relationships, trust, and personalized service—not high-pressure sales.

We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Part-Time Community Sales Representative to build relationships in the community and generate referral opportunities for our agency. This role focuses on networking, partnerships, and community presence rather than cold calling.

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, realtors, lenders, and community organizations
• Develop referral partnerships and nurture ongoing relationships
• Educate referral partners about Allstate products and our agency’s services
• Track outreach efforts and referral activity
• Coordinate with the agency team to ensure smooth follow-up on referrals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable networking and initiating conversations
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Insurance experience a plus, but not required (training provided)
