Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are collaborating with a prominent local organization to find a talented individual for an Accountant role. This opportunity combines analytical duties, interdepartmental collaboration, and the chance to enhance processes within a dynamic, high-demand environment.

• Compile and assess journal entries for both balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure precision and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports that aid strategic decision-making.
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation tasks, with some travel involved.
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies to uphold cost accuracy.
• Engage with material suppliers to address discrepancies and foster strong partnerships.
• Conduct inventory adjustments and deliver comprehensive analysis.
• Provide support for Accounts Payable functions when necessary.
• Create daily, monthly, and on-demand financial reports to facilitate business operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Strong process-oriented mindset and familiarity with financial systems.
• Effective communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Solid mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; some college coursework in accounting or finance is advantageous.
