Senior Business Services Leader

Yizumi HPM is now seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Iberia, Ohio. Yizumi-HPM Corporation sells and manufactures injection molding machines and die casting machines based upon the HPM designs but utilizing the engineering, manufacturing, and financial strengths of YIZUMI.

Schedule:

• In office
• Monday to Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM

The right candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a work group or team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Our Senior Accountant will:

• Maintain responsibilities in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Systems and other administrative activities
• Record accounting transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing process
• Assist with payroll as needed to ensure timely and accurate payrolls are processed
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Account reconciliations
• Assist with recruiting and on-boarding of new employees
• Work with Materials Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory and management of physical and cycle count inventories
• Document standard work instructions for all positions
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
• Reports to Supervisor of Administration
