Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst reviews and manages accounts to reduce days sales outstanding and to reduce receivables on a company-wide basis.

Principle Duties:

• Manage past dues, balance dues and credits on assigned accounts
• Recommend delinquent accounts to be placed on cash and/or with an outside collection agency to manage
• Discover and correct billing errors
• Send supporting documentation to customer as required
• Work closely with Service Center Managers and Account Managers
• Ensure timely payments on customer s accounts
• Continuously improve processes

• Written and oral communication skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
