What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers and empowering them.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
