Salary: $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards
• Month‑End & Year‑End Close:
  Lead and support monthly and annual close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are complete
• Account Reconciliations:
  Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations and investigate variances
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with internal teams to provide financial insight and support operational decision‑making

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience: Four or more years of accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred
• Technical

  Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Personal Attributes: Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
