Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

• Visible role with regular interaction across operations and company leadership

• Opportunity to lead and develop accounting staff while staying hands-on with day-to-day accounting

• Strong exposure to manufacturing operations, inventory, and financial processes

• Ability to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls

• Stable organization where accounting plays an important role in supporting business decisions

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team
• Help prioritize work and redistribute responsibilities based on workload and backlogs
• Monitor AP workflow to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
• Serve as the internal escalation point for payment, vendor, and service-related issues
• Provide hands-on Accounts Payable support when additional coverage is needed
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Establish structure, accountability, and clear expectations across the AP function

• Strong experience managing accounting and accounts payable.

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management

• Previous experience leading or mentoring accounting staff and supporting the month-end close process
