** Accounting & Payroll Specialist
** for one of our established clients in the Parkersburg area. This is a full-time opportunity for an accounting professional with strong payroll, Quick Books, and Accounts Payable experience.

* ** What You'll Do*
* + Process payroll accurately and timely

+ Perform Accounts Payable functions

+ Maintain accounting records using Quick Books

+ Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting functions

+ Maintain accurate financial and payroll documentation

+ Work closely with management on accounting and payroll-related needs

** REQUIRED Qualifications*
* ** Applicants MUST have ALL of the following:*
* +
** 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting*
* +
** Previous Quick Books experience*
* +
** Previous payroll processing experience*
* +
** Previous Accounts Payable (A/P) experience*
* ** Highly Preferred*
* +
** Union payroll experience** , strongly preferred

+ Previous accounting experience within the
** construction industry*
