Bookkeeper
Robert Half is excited to partner with locally owned construction services organization as they look for an experienced bookkeeper, and career-oriented professional, to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is efficient, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage priorities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, check preparation, bank deposits, and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and payroll taxes
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members by phone and in person
- Assist with problem-solving and adapt to changing business needs
