Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Manage accruals, prepaids, and other balance sheet accounting functions
- Support financial reporting and cash management processes
- Partner with operational and finance teams on accounting initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Private equity-backed company experience required/preferred
- Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
- Experience with accruals, prepaids, and cash management
