Job Summary: Provides administrative and clerical support to the Admin and Support Head and other team members. Ensures proper filing, processing, and maintenance of records, and assists in managing contractors to maintain efficient, safe, and compliant facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing administrative support areas such as:
  • Office and emergency supplies management
  • Facility maintenance (pest control, air conditioning, housekeeping, waste disposal)
  • Service vehicle and fuel management
  • Canteen operations and utilities management
  • Travel arrangements and SAP processing of personnel claims and purchase requisitions
• Support implementation and monitoring of contracts and related bill payments.
• Help review and improve processes for efficiency and sustainability.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Promote and monitor proper waste segregation, chemical management, and environmental initiatives such as vermicomposting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in geothermal operations or in the areas of production, maintenance, or health, safety, and environment is an advantage
