Diese Aufgaben vielfalt bieten wir:
- Eine verantwortungsvolle Position in einem professionellen, kollegialen Umfeld
- Pflege und Verwaltung des Bibliotheksbestandes, inklusive Medienbearbeitung und Katalogisierung
- Unterstützung bei Recherchen in juristischen und wirtschaftsrelevanten Datenbanken sowie bei der Informationsbereitstellung für unsere Fachabteilungen
- Beantwortung von Anfragen sowie Beratung unserer Rechtsanwälte/ Steuerberater/ Wirtschaftsprüfer bei der Nutzung von Datenbanken und elektronischen Ressourcen
- Mitarbeit an bibliotheksinternen Projekten, etwa zur Digitalisierung oder Bestandsoptimierung
- Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem fortgeschrittenen Semester
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit juristischen Datenbanken von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strukturierte, organisierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
