Vaco is actively looking for a new Sales Support Admin/Document Coordinator to support the sales team by providing close out documentation to their customers.
Contract with potential to hire. Pay $20-25/hr fully Onsite in Blacklick, OH.
Position Title:Document Coordinator
Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:- Support the sales team by providing end of sale documentation.
- Prepare Project Submittals accurately and timely.
- Compile the appropriate information depending on project - Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
- Answer any questions customers might have on the documentation sent out.
- Track and update submittal process within internal system.
