Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform pre‑post audit of all receipts in the department and investigate shipment level receipt detail discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Sierra Operations and Maersk Operations to identify and correct issues related to accurate receipts, vendor chargebacks, inventory corrections, etc.
  • Report to the shift Operations Supervisor and keep the manager informed on all pertinent information.
  • Route receipts to the right area, keep priority log updated, monitor GSAS, manage old RFD’s, report Ditto process, etc.
  • Other assigned duties as the business grows.
Minimum

Job Skills
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to learn proprietary OMS software system as necessary.
  • Professional, confidential, and best‑interest oriented demeanor.
  • Self‑starter willing to dig into problems to solve them.
  • Very organized, sense of urgency, multitask.

Hourly pay: $15.20–$20.50
