Support the sales team by providing end of sale documentation. Prepare Project Submittals accurately and timely, which includes compiling the appropriate information depending on the project, such as Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Answer any questions customers might have on the documentation sent out. Track and update submittal process within internal system.
