Front Desk Receptionist

M-Th, 12-8:00 and Sat, 10-2:00.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The most important quality we are looking for is an outgoing and welcoming personality
. Our receptionist is the first point of contact for our families, so creating a positive experience for every parent and student is essential.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy learning-center environment.

• Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming personality — this is our #1 priority!
• Enjoys interacting with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient in scheduling and managing appointments using multiple systems.
• Comfortable communicating with parents and students by phone, email, and in person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with technology.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to drive to business, events and schools in the local area as needed.
• A quick learner who is comfortable learning new systems and procedures through on-the-job training.
  
  Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a Team.
• Additional hours added for community events.

• $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience.
• M-Th, 12-8:00 and Sat, 10-2:00.
