Cooper Farms is looking for a part-time Office Assistant at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio (Mercer County). The primary goal of this position is to work with the Accounting Department to enhance organization, communication, and documentation controls. Since 1938, Cooper Farms has grown into a diverse food company producing turkeys, hogs, eggs, and delicious ready-to-cook and fully cooked turkey, ham, and chicken products.

• Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16.50/hr
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Ideally Monday, Wednesday & Friday (8:00a - 3:00p) - can be flexible

• Keep accounting records organized by scanning and filing documents
• Help prepare and mail checks and complete other office tasks
• Assist team members with projects and day-to-day administrative work

• Experience with Microsoft Office and general office tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
