Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from struggles with mental health disorders and traumatic events. We offer inpatient services for adult patients, partial hospitalization care, and intensive outpatient care.

How You Will Make a Difference- Answer multi‑line phones; greet visitors; manage check‑in and badges per policy.
- Coordinate visitor schedules with nursing and security; uphold privacy and safety.
- Handle mail, scanning, and basic EMR and scheduling tasks.
- Maintain a calm lobby environment, even during busy times.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
- Healthcare front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 21 or older
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
