Automotive Service Manager​/Writer Manager

Overview

Buckeye Complete Auto Care is hiring an Automotive Service Manager / Writer Manager to lead front-of-house operations at one of our growing locations.

This role is for an experienced automotive service manager who wants to lead in a structured, accountable, and people-focused repair shop environment.

You will manage daily operations, lead advisors, and stay actively involved with customers. This is not a back-office role.

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in a busy automotive repair shop
• Manage and coach service advisors on customer service and sales
• Ensure shop systems, SOPs, and standards are consistently followed
• Own customer communication and expectation management
• Partner with the Operations Manager to drive performance and stability
• Create a calm, organized, and accountable shop environment

• Store performance and results
• Front-of-house leadership and execution
• Customer satisfaction and trust
• Advisor development and accountability
• Process discipline and consistency

You will not be expected to micromanage technicians or chase inspections. Leadership focus matters here.

• Total Compensation Range: $85,000–$115,000+ annually
• Structure: 60% salary / 40% performance-based
• Performance tied to gross profit and store health
