ER Autocare invites you to apply for the full‑time Automotive Service Advisor position at our Columbus, Ohio location. This onsite role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Base pay range: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

We are a busy automotive repair company with four locations around Columbus, Ohio, providing an upscale auto repair experience and proudly calling ourselves “Masters of Our Craft.”

Each workday begins with welcoming customers, assessing their repair needs, and providing accurate service recommendations. You will maintain consistent communication with the service team, prioritize tasks, and manage customer expectations to ensure timely completion of repairs. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.

Use strong sales skills to promote service recommendations and upsell when appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain positive relationships. Record‑keeping and efficient communication rely on proficiency with sales and customer‑service software. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
