Auto Allies, a family-owned repair shop celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Junior Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a flexible, hands‑on role perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to grow in the automotive service industry. This job is listed as Part time, but can grow into a full time position.

What

You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and vehicle drop-offs/pickups.
  • Greet customers and act as a customer liaison throughout their repair process.
  • Assist the Service Manager with daily tasks, communication, and workflow.
  • Give status updates to customers via phone/text/email.
  • Help review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and service recommendations (with training).
  • Organize paperwork, maintain front-desk cleanliness, and manage daily checklists.
  • Help coordinate parts orders, returns, and vendor communication.
  • Support technicians with information flow and documentation.
  • Be ready to “float” wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Uphold a friendly, positive shop culture rooted in honesty and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn the automotive repair process.
  • Dependable, punctual, and supportive team player.
  • Computer-savvy (Shop software experience is a plus but not required).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Previous customer service or automotive knowledge is helpful—but we will train the right person.
